How to weight the gateways handed out via DHCP.Is there some special setup/config I need to do, or am I missing something? By using a new device, the only thing that is the same is the account itself (which I’m opening a ticket with Microsoft on as well just in case). I open Settings -> Accounts -> and see his Outlook account there, but it shows as “ Beta? Computers seem to work fine.just his Android device is acting wonky. Again, same issues are present on a new device. I setup the account just by logging into the freshly purchased device, downloaded Outlook and signed in with his O365 account. Contacts will randomly disappear from his phone, changes will take forEVER to sync (if they do at all), and it seems like he can’t view a contact’s full information from Outlook and so he has to go to the Android contacts app to see it at that point? I bought a Samsung tablet to do some testing with his account and the same thing is happening on my machine.

Contacts are a frustrating nightmare it seems. I’ve got a customer with a Surface, and XPS laptop, and the latest Note 10 Plus (he bought from the Microsoft store and is the “Microsoft version” he said). Let me preface that I’m an iOS guy, and not very proficient with Android.
